Shipment
AVAILABILITY
The availability of each product can be found on its respective page. If our products are in stock, they will be handed over to the shipping carrier as soon as possible and usually delivered within 1-2 days.
Products that are not immediately available are either already on their way to our warehouse or will be ordered from our supplier at the time the order is placed in our shop. The shipment will be made once the goods have arrived at our warehouse, typically within one week.
DELIVERY
We ship exclusively with DHL, both within Germany and internationally. Below are the shipping costs broken down by country:

DELIVERY TIMES
Unfortunately, we cannot influence the delivery times. The shipping carrier usually guarantees delivery within 1-2 business days within Germany. Deliveries to the EU usually arrive within 3-5 business days. Shipments outside the EU may take longer.
EXCHANGE AND RETURNS
The legal right of withdrawal of 14 days is extended by us to 21 days for all our products.
Exchanges or returns can be made using the return form.
The buyer bears the cost of return shipping.
Shipping costs can only be determined once items are in the shopping cart.
